Meet our founders
Maja strongly and deeply believes that the art of traveling is the art of communication. Communication between different cultures, diverse people and new horizons. Her life mission is to understand the languages and cultures of the World, to connect the travelers with locals, to create meaningful and life lasting relations among different cultures and to interpret the unknown to the travelers of the World.
After master's degree in marketing and communication she is now involved in postgraduate studies of Responsible Tourism Management at Leeds Beckett University in UK, where she is exploring the ways to implement the academic sustainability criteria in everyday tourist experiences on the destination. She is also WFTGA (affiliate member of UNWTO in operational relations to UNESCO) accredited tourist guide trainer and she empowers guides to be cultural connectors, sustainability communicators, unforgettable experience creators, educators and ambassadors of sustainable tourism for all. She shares her passion and knowledge at G-Guides School for tourist guides and at the University for tourism Bled, Slovenia.
lecturer, experience creator
Creation of experiences comes natural to Tina. Connection with the destinations is her mission, which is accomplished every time she can connect a tourist with a local story and share her knowledge with the travelers and explorers of the World. You will never be just a visitor again when she will share the secrets and insights of a destination with you. Driven by passion for learning, discovering and connecting the facts into a story she is a tourist guide who will turn your adventure into a learning experience.
After a master’s degree in Wood Science and Technology she started her career in tourism where she has found her life mission. After 10 years of creating experiences for travelers and tourists she co-founded School for tourist guides G-Guides, where she is now sharing her knowledge and passion with the younger generations. Recently she upgraded her knowledge with Tourism management of UNESCO World Heritage sites at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
